Huge spoilers beneath... be warned.
1. Jack! Jack! Jack! Backstory! Jack!
2. Re: Jack. The Doctor's a coward for leaving him in another time even though he knew he wasn't dead. Bad, bad, Doctor. Also, the Doctor thinks Jack is "wrong" (!) Am I the only one that finds that incredibly interesting? Is that the right word. I kind of did a double take at that point.
3. Martha rocks... (even if she accidentally let loose a megalomaniac Time Lord... oops.) She seems to have really found her confidence in this episode. I can't believe there are only two eps left this season, I feel like I've only just gotten to know her.
4. Old School Baddie Back in Business. What's a semi-sane Time Lord trapped at the end of the universe to do? Also, Regenerated!Master is kind of hot...
5. I like the fact Jack asked after Rose. Jack and the Doctor have a very enthusiastic hug over the fact Rose ain't dead and Martha was all, "Good Ol' Rose." and then later "Of course, she's blonde!"
6. The Doctor: (to Martha and Jack) "We're at the end of the universe and all you to are doing is... blogging!" Am I complete nerd that I found that absolutely hilarious?
7. There was a really good Doctor/Martha moment... and yet, I can't remember it, why?
8. In conclusion: OMG! and Squee!
